New Year's Event

We invite you to join our traditional New Year’s Event on Monday 5 January 2026.

Our annual New Year's event is always a special moment to start the year together. We expect extra crowds at the office, and our parking space is not designed for this – which means the parking options in the area are limited.

That is why we are organising two identical sessions of one hour each.
One session in the morning from CET 10:00 till 11:00 and one in the afternoon from CET 15:00 till 16:00.

You can choose to participate online, from home or another location, or to physically attend one of the live sessions in Rotterdam. Please note that lunch is not included.

We encourage colleagues from the Gorinchem office to attend the morning session, as the shuttle service from Gorinchem to the Rotterdam office is only available in the morning.

Do you prefer to come to the office and do you normally travel by car?
Please note that we have limited parking at the Rotterdam office. Do you normally travel by car? Please use alternative transport (carpool, cycle, or public transport) where possible.

• Morning attendees travelling by car must work from home in the afternoon and leave the office by 13:00 to ensure fair parking for colleagues.
• Afternoon attendees travelling by car must work from home in the morning and arrive at the office after 13:00.

There still is a possibility you need to park elsewhere. We offer a shuttle service, a complete schedule of the shuttle service will be available on the New Year's Event HomePort page before the event.
